On March 31st, please Join South Florida HIMSS Chapter and Dr. Gary D. Cravens for an overview of Machine Learning in Healthcare. 
Due to advances in hardware/software and the dramatic increase in the availability of healthcare data in electronic form, data analytics is increasingly using machine learning techniques to discover actionable information from the data.  This presentation will provide an overview of the commonly used techniques of machine learning in this area.  In addition, examples of the use of machine learning in healthcare will be presented.  There will be time for questions during and after the presentation.
